Chanel No.5 Reinterpreted // Al Sabah Art & Design

We recently went to the 5.5 Icon meets Icons! exhibition at Al Sabah Art & Design. The exhibition was commissioned by artists and designers around the globe. The concept was to to take Chanel No.5, the perfume and to customize it in a way that depicts the personality of the artist. This serves as both an introduction of the artists to the public, and as an introduction of the public to the “East meets West” collective.
The exhibition will be held until April 20th, 2009. Here are a few of our favorites:
